You need internet to program, deploy, and monitor from Studio, but day-to-day playback keeps running even if your connection drops.

Every IgorBox supports Magic Provisioninig. Add the controller to your account, plug it in, and it automatically downloads your show and connects to Studio. No IP addresses, no network configs, no confusing setup steps. Just plug and play.

We don't plan on going anywhere, but if we did, IgorBox will transition everyone to a self-hosted unlimited version of the software (including source code). Your shows and controllers would keep running, and you'd have the option to self-host or migrate to another provider.

Yes. Access to the IgorBox platform is included with every IgorBox controller. Purchase a controller to receive your invite, or ask the admin at your IgorBox Studio to invite you to their team.

Once you're in, you can run up to 5 controllers on the Free plan forever, or upgrade to Builder, Pro, or Enterprise when you need more team members, storage, or controllers.

Yes. One room or thirty — same platform. Controllers can be grouped, linked across rooms, and triggered by events anywhere on your property. Enterprise plans are built specifically for multi-site operators.
